Rest assured Priory Lodge Vets will be remaining open during the 2nd national lockdown as we provide essential health and welfare services to your pets.

We will continue to work in Covid-safe ways, observing strict social distancing and biosecurity practices. With this in mind we ask that you help us by:

• Only attending the practice when you have a booked appointment or paid-for medication or supplies to collect.
• Bringing your mobile phone and telephoning us on arrival to let us know you are here.
• Remaining in your car until you have been asked by a team member to come to the door.
• Wearing a face covering.

While we are hoping to maintain as full a service as possible during the lockdown it may be appropriate for us to delay certain appointments. Our clinical team will assess this on a case by case basis.

In order to avoid panic-buying we will only be dispensing one month of medication at a time during this period.
