Nurses

Our dedicated nurses are working hard to get your pet healthy again. They are an essential part of the team, assisting the vets, performing laboratory tests, looking after pets in hospital and keeping the practice clean!

Vicky joined us in August 2022 as Senior Theatre Nurse. She has been a qualified Veterinary Nurse since 2000 and holds a certificate in anaesthesia. In her spare time Vicky enjoys going to the cinema and spending time with her husband and two children.

She has four years of experience as a Patient Care Assistant at a veterinary practice in Paddock Wood and has started her training to become a qualified veterinary nurse. Liv Williams

Student Veterinary Nurse

Liv has been here since September 2022 as an Animal Nursing Assistant. Liv came to us with 3 years experience of a local veterinary referral centre and is hoping to eventually train here to become a vet nurse. In her spare time Liv likes to spend time with her gorgeous staffy and her two parrots.

Freya Smith

Student Veterinary Nurse

Freya has a background in hospitality.  She started with us last year coming from our Sevenoaks OOH, so has learnt to cope with the challenges of a busy veterinary environment.  Freya is excited about starting her nurse training next month.  In her spare time Freya likes drawing and painting.  Her favourite film character is Toothless from How to train your dragon.

Simone Grzyb

Animal Care Assistant

Simone has been with us since February this year – with a background working with horses.  Simone aspires to train to be a vet nurse and who knows maybe one day may return to an equine environment?  In her spare time Simone loves gardening and has recently built her own vegetable patch – she is particularly proud of finally producing a decent sized carrot! Her favourite film is Spirit Stallion of the Cimarron.

Abi Jackson

Animal Care Assistant

Abi started here in May last year.  With a  background in care and alpaca farming, Abi has now decided to make a career of vet nursing with a particular interest in physiotherapy and particularly hydrotherapy.  Abi’s biggest achievement to date is joining our team!  (those were her words).  In her spare time Abi likes to drink coffee, read and she regularly goes to the gym.  Abi loves Marvel films which is why it is surprising that her favourite film is Mamma Mia.
