Reception

With a background in management, HR and Customer Service Elaine loves working with people and their animals. With quite a line up at home – 3 children, 3 dogs and 2 cats, when she’s not at work she is either walking her dogs, attacking the garden or completing the latest home DIY project.

Sarah started here in 2011 – left us to have her boys, but liked us so much that she came back!! Sarah has a busy family life which she shares with her two bunnies. When she has time to herself Sarah loves swimming, reading and gardening – and just being on her own! Sarah is responsible for most of the administration around the Happy Pets Club.

Another very familiar face and voice for most of our clients. Tracey has been here for 6 years. She is a devoted Labrador owner (soon to be adding to the brood!) and spends most of her spare time with him or travelling down to see her grandchildren in Cornwall.

Amanda is one of the newer members of the team and has come from a background of customer service / reception and running her own parent and toddler music and dance classes. When Amanda is not working, she enjoys cooking, arts and crafts, gardening and performing musicals on the stage at the Churchill Theatre in Bromley.
