If you would like to place a repeat order for medication, a written prescription, food, flea or worm treatments please fill out all details on the form. All orders placed online will not incur a dispense charge.

Orders received before 4pm on a work day can be collected after 2pm the next working day. Note that orders placed after 4pm on a Thursday will only be ready for collection after 2pm on Monday and orders received during weekends will only be ready from 2pm the following Tuesday. Please allow two working days for written prescriptions. For urgent requests please phone the surgery.

If for any reason your order will not be available for collection at the usual time we will contact you.

Please note that all pets receiving repeat or written prescriptions must be examined by a veterinary surgeon at least every 6 months. Certain clinical conditions require more frequent check-ups dependent on the individual medicine's data sheet. This is a legal requirement and if you are due for a re-examination you must have this before any more medication can be dispensed.
